June 19, 2025I cannot say enough good things about this apartment building! It's absolutely gorgeous with top-notch amenities that truly elevate everyday living. But what really sets this place apart is the property manager, Lenore. She goes above and beyond for her tenants every single day. Whether it’s helping with move-in logistics, handling maintenance requests with lightning speed, or just being a warm and welcoming presence in the building! The building is beautifully renovated with modern amenities, and the location can’t be beat—right in the heart of downtown. I feel like I live in a hotel
November 11, 2022If I could give more stars I would. My boyfriend and I just moved here a month ago and honestly have no complaints. We ordered an instacart and the delivery person literally asked us if this was a hotel. There’s a gym available 24/7 as well as a lounge. We have a bevi machine, multiple keurig machines along with a variety of pods available for. The cleaning people are so nice, we see Barb everyday and she is the absolute best! Also HUGE should Alycia the property manager who is present on site ...daily. She truthfully has been the nicest and most accommodating property agent we interacted with ever. She even did a virtual tour with us when others could not be bothered. The building is quiet, calm, and classy. May 13, 2022The location and amenities are ideal. A great selection of units and parking options. The property manager and the residential manager are excellent! They are very helpful and proactive. Out of all the places I could’ve selected for Downtown Buffalo, I’m glad I chose this one. I do feel safe and secure at this location as well. Do indeed request a tour.
