Poor management

My mom passed away. I called on Monday to ask could I have that week and that Saturday and Sunday to get her things out I was told no and I would need to be out by Friday. My mom was there for 16 years. Rent was always on time. She never complained when her apartment got flooded never complained about things not getting fixed in a timely manner. But was rushed to move out the office not open on Sundays and the maintenance not doing anything on Saturdays. I’m very disappointed

Lacking some basics

Pool not available on weekends. Maintenance is good and they do a great job in keeping the complex clean and are friendly. There is no exercise room available, and it could use upgrading in many areas. The front gate does not work, there is mud always in the parking lot, it is quiet for the most part. It is affordable however now with new owners you need to commit 4 months before your lease is up or you get penalized that is ridiculous.

The first unit I lived in there, in building 15, had rats! Rats were in the ceiling, walls and ducts. We were pulling them out of the ceiling on glue traps and even saw one outside my front door in the hallway. And yes, I have proof. After a lot of complaining on my part, they moved me into a different unit, in a different building. Then, when my lease was coming up, the rent went up over two hundred dollars per month on that unit! I am a disabled widow, living on a fixed income. I could not ...

afford that, so I had to move. It has been over 90 days now since I moved out and it looks like I'm going to have to take them to court for the remaining balance of my security deposits. Just shameful!
