Exceptional Management that Truly Cares
February 13, 2026Alex, Esme, Jason, Gustavo, and Santos have been absolutely incredible. I was in the process of moving into another apartment when, due to an unforeseen water leak that was beyond anyone’s control, the unit became unleaseable. With very little notice, this team quickly pivoted and ensured I could transition seamlessly into another apartment without disruption. Alex made sure I received new flooring and that everything was brought fully up to Greystar standards. Jason personally assisted with ...installing new sinks and followed up on additional maintenance items to ensure the apartment was in perfect condition before my move-in. Esme was patient, organized, and kind throughout the entire process, making sure every detail was handled smoothly. Gustavo and Santos are always professional, respectful, and responsive whenever maintenance is needed. I have lived at Post Oak at Woodway since 2018, after losing my home during Hurricane Harvey, and this community has been a place of stability and support for me ever since. Any issue is addressed promptly—often within 24 hours—and the care shown by this team is genuine. They consistently go above and beyond, and it truly shows. December 23, 2025There is the ongoing issue concerning the dog urine in the hallway and catwalk in building 7, 3rd floor. I was told that because it would need to be cleaned daily, that nothing could be done. Therefore, residents just have to try and navigate through and remove shoes inside my apartment. Also, notify visitors to walk carefully. This is a health issue. They know the owner of the dog, but are uninterested in fixing the problem!Property Manager Responded

December 9, 2025It feels like our community has really gone down hall. The (one) grill we have (we’re supposed to have 2, is constantly broken or doesn’t have gas, the dog park is always a mess and often missing bags, and the elevator breaks often- and more than not we receive zero communication. October 15, 2025Overall, my experience here has been very positive! It is an older community, so there are minor issues due to age. The biggest ones I have are the age and size of the AC unit, which is undersized for this 1446 s.f. so it runs constantly at 78-80 degrees. The other problem is the appliances. I've had issues with the washer and haven't used it since the first 2 weeks I was here. The coil stove is older and burns everything unless you constantly turn the heat up and down. The fridge tends to freeze ...items on the top shelf, while produce on the bottom and in the drawers have moisture from the higher temperature and wilt or mold. Management is responsive, but maintenance's ability to diagnose is doubtful. My son is an appliance repair tech with over 15 years of experience. Over a phone call he immediately diagnosed the two issues with the washer, which weren't even identified. Overall though, it is a great apartment for the age and management is great!Property Manager Responded

October 14, 2025It has been good staying here so far, the property has amazing amenities and the pool area is the highlight for sure. I had some maintenance issues in my apartment but those were addressed promptly. However, the hallways are often dirty and not cleaned. There are a ton of bugs which make it difficult to go to and from the garage. Management needs to take pest control more seriously.Property Manager Responded
