These units are brand new and still sparkling. They are right outside of Elkhart Lake in a quiet neighborhood. I would highly recommend and they allow pets.

The Preserve is a new affordable family property with income restrictions. We offer 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units. All units include basic FREE internet at no charge, and high speed(300 MBPS) internet available for $35. Underground parking is available at $50 per month, and surface parking is free. Most apartments include storage available at no charge. Common area laundry is available or you can opt for an in-unit washer and dryer for $35 per month. Leasing Hours: Monday and Wednesday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday - Closed
