Good afternoon, I would like to express my concern regarding the handling of a recent maintenance request. Unfortunately, the response was not timely. I had to make several follow-up phone calls over the course of several days requesting assistance, and it was not until the fourth day that a maintenance technician arrived. During that time, my kitchen sink remained filled with dirty standing water, nearly overflowing, and produced a very unpleasant odor, creating an unsanitary condition. While ...
I appreciate that the issue was eventually resolved, I believe the response time was unreasonably long for a problem of this nature. Additionally, I am concerned that the fire extinguishers were removed from the building several weeks ago and have still not been replaced. This creates a potential safety risk for all residents, as we would not have immediate access to a fire extinguisher in the event of an emergency. I kindly request that the management take the necessary steps to improve response times for maintenance requests and ensure that the fire extinguishers are replaced as soon as possible. The apartments are quality built and quite nice. Office staff is very courteous and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled promptly by courteous competent staff. Parking is a bit tough. They are expensive. The rent goes up each time and it is impossible to predict the renewal rate until it is too late. After living here for 6 years, my rent is well above the rate shown on the property website. I’ll stay as long as I can afford it.
