September 25, 2025The Preserve at Grapevine is a overall quiet community. It sits prominently on the corner of Glade Rd. and S.H. 360. In my 5 years as a “original” resident I get comments from my coworkers about the nice appearance of our community, let’s keep it that way. The apartment management follows up on concerns promptly and works diligently to maintain a smoke-free environment which is very important to me. The staff are very professional and friendly. My granddaughters and I love hanging out at the pool!
