Many fees for moving out! Be careful!
April 19, 2023The place is okay to live. However! When you move out they make up a bunch of fees such as damage or garbage removal which I did not have ! There was no damage and my c Garbage was placed outside in garbage pick up area. The place was left clean and neat. They still also wanted to charge me carpet cleaning and so on. Is this not part of regular maintenance you face with a rental unit? I’ve never had anything like this! Be careful what you sign!Property Manager Responded

Poor property management continues
May 15, 2022I have lived in 4 different states, with countless property management and this has been the worst place yet. The gate has never worked. They send out emails saying that is going to be fixed but no action is ever taken. Within the first two months of me living here, there were at least 6 cars broken into and the gate remains broken months later. This has been the slowest maintenance team I’ve ever had. Minor maintenance issues take more than a month. The unit is nice but the property is not taken ...care of. There are HUGE pot holes all around the property. The trash over the weekend overflows from the compactor. All of the balconies need to be painted and pressure washed. It’s almost embarrassing to even bring guests over because of the lack of care. Like I said, the unit is nice. But, the management has no sense of pride in the property at all.Property Manager Responded

We are in the midst of capital improvement projects such as trim painting, asphalt repair, and sealcoating. These projects do take time to orchestrate, however, we are excited that they have been approved and are in the works! DON’T MOVE HERE
August 12, 2021Over priced low grade apartments with poor management. They literally charge for services they dont provide example (pest control) . The gate is always broken and the trash service is garbage. I can’t wait until my lease is up. They send threatening emails about charging people for everything.Property Manager Responded

Management and their principles.
March 23, 2020I stayed at the property for 4 years. The apartment was nice. Parking is horrible. I just moved out because of a job transfer. I was not expecting the aftermath of the move. I had to pay two months of rent for the move which was $2500 on top of the monthly rent. The Manager didn't want to give me back my security deposit and presented me a lease that I didn't sign trying to say that I didn't pay a deposit. The cleaning fee was over $400 to spot clean an empty 1200 square foot apartment ...which equated to $51/hour if it took one person 8 hours to clean.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
An honest review
December 8, 2017Poor management. Kelly (The property manager) hung up the phone in my face the other day after telling me that "she isn't dealing with my problems today". Neighbors have trash piled in front of their doors. The property is an eyesore. They charge you thousands in rent only to be rude as soon as you have a problem with something. BEWARE. Great Place!
September 16, 2015My girlfriend and I have been living here for 5 months and we love it! They have great amenities like valet trash pick up and upgraded units. We also enjoy the clubhouse with the pool, basketball court and gym. We are in our early twenties and seem to be some of the only people in this age range. It's mostly people in their early forties and families with children. The only complaint is that maintenance may take about a week to come but it was in the heat of summer and it was an AC problem. I was ...told a lot of tenants that had the same problem but other than that, maintenance has been fine. Preserve at Forest Creek
September 16, 2015I've been living here for since April with my boyfriend. We are in our early twenties and we like it here. It's clean, safe, and secure. The management team and staff are all really nice and personable. The only complaint is that sometimes it takes maintenance a while to come by but I chalk it up it being a lot of requests at that time. There are also not a lot of residents our age in the complex but I'm ok with that. The amenities are great and I love the clubhouse. There is a great pool, ...basketball court, and gym. The Preserve at Forest Creek
August 14, 2015I recently moved to Memphis due to a promotion with my Company. Being from the Northeast my entire life, and living in Washington, D.C. for the past three years it set a high standard in the quality of living. The Preserve at Forest Creek met, and exceeded some expectations. The apartment is clean, and well maintained - spacious and relatively contemporary. The staff however is what made the experience phenomenal - I had a few initial problems that I brought to the Staff's attention and they ...handled with professionalism, an above and beyond attitude. Memphis is a new place, and very culturally different than the Northeast - but, the staff has helped me adjust, and have created community events to help new folks like myself acclimate.
