The worst place to rent from
May 2, 2023Be carful with them I rented for 3 years never late o. Rent when I moved out I got a bill for over 3k they said I left the apartment a disaster my animals are esa registered they still charged me. These “people” are the worst
July 6, 2018The positive aspects of this complex are wholly diminished by the lack of professionalism on the part of the front office staff. Unhelpful, discourteous and rude - they always act as if they are doing you a favor.That’s a perfect description of their management team. As for my experience on the property... my car was broken into within the first two months of living there. Listening to the tone Managment took with me, you would have thought I was the perpetrator not the victim. They were hostile ...and dismissive at the same time. It was a shocking display of stupidity and ignorance to the fact their gate being broken played a part in my car being burgled. Long story short, after you sign the lease, the masks come off, and these “people” are the absolute worst at their job.Property Manager Responded

Pay Attention To The Negative Reviews - They Are True!
January 30, 2018There is a notice is in their office that solicits for good reviews. On the surface, it looks like a nice apartment complex. On first meeting, the staff will be nice, courteous and accomodating. However, once you sign the lease, they dont care anymore. They become rude, nonchalant and unhelpful. Where should I start? Arbitrary charges added to rent, rude office staff, congested parking lot, threatening neighbors, poor maintenance - toilet backed up for 2 weeks before they fixed it! Horrible experience
August 14, 2017I was told I would receive my 200 dollar deposit back if I was not approved and never did. These people lied to me and gave me the runaround. Couldn't even receive a call back. I filled a report with the bbb and heard numerous reports of them doing this. I recommend contacting the BBB before doing business here.
