The staff are the friendliest and most responsive of any rental management inhave ever met. Have not had much cause to contact maintenance, but the times I have, were met with a prompt response. The grounds are well kept and the facilities are clean. For the price you really can't beat it. My.aole knock is the AC/Heating. Like many places the thermostat will say one temp and the next room over is several degrees warmer or cooler. I live on the ground floor so I imagine it's worse on other ...
floors. Still you can dres up or down, and as long a heatwave or major cold snap does not hit, it's not a huge hardship.
