One of the worst places you can rent in LA
January 23, 2025Cockroaches, bed bugs, dangerous neighborhood with gangs. next to an abandoned lot overflowing with trash and unhoused people. elevator breaks down all the time and is old, slow, dirty and scary. water outages about once a month, impossible to find steet parking (I had to pay $200 a month to park in a trashy lot 2 blocks away), dirty neighbors, no a/c in my unit, power outages, random people hanging out in the hallways and stairs at night, no recycling available, rats scurrying around the ...building at all hours, people leaving their trash in the hallways. I could keep going but I think you get the hint. Please for the love of god find anywhere else to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 5, 2019I see that someone already wrote a review that expresses my exact feelings. I moved here because of the exposed brick, hardwood floors, and renovated kitchen. But everything that last reviewer had to say was correct and that was 4 months ago and no, no improvements have been made.Review from Apartments.com
Disgusting building
April 29, 2019I regret moving in here every single day. The building is absolutely disgusting, inside and out, they mop the lobby floor maybe once a week and that’s it, and when I say they mop it they literally don’t even sweep it first they just smear a wet mop across the floor and that’s it, nothing else in the building EVER gets cleaned. There are cockroaches everywhere, you literally cannot get rid of the bugs. They have water shut downs almost every single week to do god knows what. When I moved in they ...told me they had a laundry room that they were fixing so it could be used and it’s been 9 months with no update. There is no parking with the building and there is absolutely no street parking available in this neighborhood, if you want to park on the street you’ll be driving around for 30 minutes before you find something and then you have to move your car before 7am.
