This apartment complex used to be a great place to live, which is why I chose to move back. Unfortunately, my experience this time has been extremely disappointing.
Since moving back in, my apartment has flooded five separate times whenever it rains. Each time, management has shown little urgency or concern. fair, Mario, the full-time maintenance guy, has done a great job with what he has to work with and has always tried to help. This is not a reflection of him. The bigger issue is the lack of follow-through and urgency from management to properly fix the problem. I’ve been left having to dry out water myself on more than one occasion because it simply was not taken seriously. At the price they charge for these units, you’d be better off putting your money somewhere else. Unfortunately, tenant concerns are not a priority here.
