    The amazing staff is what has made living here such a wonderful experience. The maintenance team is also amazing and response time is extremely impressive. The property is also well kept. The Province is the only place I would choose to live at in Greenville.

    I really enjoyed my apartment. The leasing office has always been helpful. The maintenance was my favorite part of the experience. They handled everything quickly and efficiently. I loved the amenities aswell.

    great pool, great gym, nice people, nice furniture, staff is helpful, close to class and downtown. paying 60$ for parking is annoying.......

    Living here was okay, maintenance was great but the people in the office were not the more helpful! Overall i wouldn’t resign there are better places

    The walls are super thin, but other than that I have nothing bad to say. I loved living here this past year and am looking forward to living there again next year.

  • More than a place to live, like a community!

    I have had an amazing experience living at the Province, which is why I have continued to choose to live here every year! The management and maintenance staff, as well as the rest of the staff are amazing, considerate, and quick to offer solutions to any problem you may have. The closeness to campus is also a plus. It really is like a community here at the Province. The staff set up fun events and activities whether that be to enjoy some food, possibly win a gift card, etc. It really helps get to ...

I am so happy this is where i’ve chosen to call I have had an amazing experience living at the Province, which is why I have continued to choose to live here every year! It really is more like a community here because the staff put together activities and events for us residents such as thanksgiving dinners to get the residents all together, possibilities to win gift cards, and more. It really is nice they do this as it allows you to get know who is living around you. I really am happy that i’ve gotten to be able to call the Province a home away from home!

    I called about renting an apartment for the next year. I was greeted by a very friendly voice. She was extremely helpful and had all the answers. She gave great info about the province and only wanted to make me live there more. If your thinking about living at the province give julissa a call she’s the best.
