Great Place
July 16, 2021Bianca is a great community liaison, and Mark is a great maintenance man. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, the property is VERY well kept and clean, and overall the neighborhood is a great safe place to live. I love having my own washer and dryer in my unit, makes laundry way easier ( dryer takes forever but that is not management fault, would still prefer this to a laundry mat).Review from Apartments.com
Great for families!
August 5, 2015I choose this apartment complex for two reasons. I needed to be close to my work and my brother needed to be close to University of New Mexico. The staff are helpful and I was in an apartment in less than a week. It is nearby a park and a elementary school. My brother can ride his bike and I drive less than 2 miles to work. Reasonable for a two bedroom and maintenance is quick. The apartment is a little dated but utilities are included.
