Unfair management practices and poor support

My experience at The Quarters Lawrence was terrible. I have never dealt with a worse property management team or facility. I stayed in the unit for only two months, and upon moving in, it was uncleaned and missing lightbulbs in multiple rooms (including the bathroom). When I requested a proper unit cleaning, management denied it.
After move-out, management charged me for the missing lightbulbs, cleaning fees, and various exit charges I was not responsible for. They even billed me for cookware ...
left behind by previous tenants. Despite having no proof or move-in inspection records showing the unit's original condition, they relied solely on move-out photos to penalize me.
Getting help was nearly impossible. The company relies heavily on AI for department communication, making it extremely difficult to speak with an actual person to resolve financial disputes. When I finally reached management (Kory & Cole), they refused to budge on these unfair charges.
This complex is far from a high-end living experience. It is poorly managed by a team that shows zero accountability to paying residents. Very interesting that management doesn’t side with tenants given that the only reason they have a job is because of the revenue tenants bring in. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
There is no reasonable explanation to this, company reply is further embarrassment for standing on such unethical grounds.
