I like the place overall I never had big issues that came up during my three years of living there. The renovations are good and an upgrade I really like that we have study rooms which come really in handy during finals. I really like the pool and gym. The maintenance is a little slow at times but other than that no complaints. good place but they spike rent wayyyy too high between years. also used to be legends but someone bought the building and added a fitness room to leasing office (changed nothing about specific units) and now rent is just about $200 more

If you’re thinking of places to live at in Lawrence give this place a look at. It’s very homey and the staff members are amazing people. The clubhouse and pool are fun places to hangout when you need to get out of your apartment !! The activities they plan for the residents are always fun to attend and the prizes are always good. The rent here as well is affordable and the apartments are fully furnished!! The neighborhood is a safe place to walk around so i recommend living here in the future.

I have lived at the Quarters for a year now, and I love it! The new clubhouse is amazing, and the pool is one of my favorite things about this property. Also, maintenance requests are easy to send and our requests are typically fixed within the week! I love Quarters!

I have lived here the last two years and can safely say this was my best living experience in Lawrence in student living. The management is so considerate and hosts events all the time where you can win prizes. The maintenance team is on top of it responding to service requests in a very timely manner. There are many amenities like the pool, study rooms, a nice 24/7 gym, covered or garage parking and more. The campus is close and the campus bus comes if you don’t want to drive or don’t have a ...

The newly renovated clubhouse was worth the wait!! I’ve used the coffee machine and study rooms countless times especially during exams week and taking advantage of the 24/7 access!! Also maintenance fills in order request within 24 hours and they always do a great job!!

Students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Lawrence should strongly consider The Quarters. The apartments have spacious rooms, a major perk compared to many student housing options, with the added benefit of private bathrooms. Residents can also enjoy amenities like a gym and pool, which is awesome. It is also close to a bus stop! The staff is super friendly and they respond really quick. Great place!

I have been living at The Quarters Lawrence for the past school year and it has been a wonderful experience! The new clubhouse is a nice place to study, swim, and workout and the staff is always so friendly. I enjoy the 24/7 access, especially for the coffee machine in finals week. I have had minimal issues with the unit and haven't run into many issues regarding maintenance. There is always so much parking near my unit and it has been overall an easy and safe place for student living.

I have lived here for almost a year now! When I first moved in all the great renovations were happening and didn’t get to experience the amenities. When the final reveal came around it was so amazing to see all the new equipment! The quarters is a very friendly community and care about their residents!

I have lived at the Quarters for 4 years now and have lived every second of it!! The staff is amazing and the maintenance is always on top of everything! They have a brand new gym that I love and the pool in the summer is the best!! I also have my own bathroom which is a huge plus!
