October 6, 2025I moved into Quincy Apartments (North Scottsdale) in late May 2025 and quickly ran into frequent late-night/early-morning noise—often starting around 2:00 a.m. and carrying on past 6:00 a.m. I’ve reported this many times by email and in person, but six months in there’s still no clear resolution. The 2–6 a.m. soundtrack is not the amenity I was hoping for. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend Quincy Apartments if you value peace and sleep. October 6, 2025Overall, the community is well maintained, and the leasing staff is responsive to feedback. My only concern has been the excessive noise from my upstairs neighbor, which is loud enough that I often have to play music at night to drown it out.Review from Apartments.com

August 7, 2025Overall, The Quincy has been a great place to live! People seem generally friendly and a lot of people have dogs. My only qualm would be the one elevator in the front of the building. It's often very busy.Property Manager Responded
