They will try to rip you off each month by tagging additional sewage fees, and hot water charges if you don't pay close attention to your statement. DON'T RENT HERE!
January 26, 2021This apartment complex is a fake version of what a fancy apartment is supposed to be. The building manager Roxalana is the WORST manager ever. People spoke weed inside the building and when you bring it up to her attention all she do is send an email that no one pays attention to. The walls are so hallow you can hear your neighbor have sex. I wish someone would of warned my husband and I about this place.Review from Apartments.com
Bedbugs
February 2, 2018this place is aweful....nothing works and they are infested with bugs! Stay away!!! so called maintenance onsite - I had a leak for 6 months and the maintenance manager sealed a Tupperware bowl in the wall to catch the water. This was there way of fixing the issue. children run in the hallways playing...laundry room fires, etc Need I say more....Review from Apartments.com
