I wish more places would do this! The gentleman, named Dustin, took the time to explain everything to me and even took the time to take me on a FaceTime tour so I could see the actual unit and the views. Beautiful apartment. Great amenities. The rooftop has the best views of the mountains and city. Proximity to the lake as well as restaurants, bars, and coffee shops is incredible.

Maintenance requests are generally handled in a timely manner, and the office staff is friendly. I appreciate the amenities like the fitness center and package lockers, which make daily life easier. But I really wish there were a hot tub available with the pool — it would be a great way to relax and would definitely enhance the overall value of the community amenities.
