    Beautiful apartment. Great amenities. The rooftop has the best views of the mountains and city. Proximity to the lake as well as restaurants, bars, and coffee shops is incredible.

    Maintenance requests are generally handled in a timely manner, and the office staff is friendly. I appreciate the amenities like the fitness center and package lockers, which make daily life easier. But I really wish there were a hot tub available with the pool — it would be a great way to relax and would definitely enhance the overall value of the community amenities.

    I love living here. There are usually many projects that are going on around here which is great. But they need to clean the windows and touch up paint in the halls.
