Extremely Disappointed with The Ranch At First Creek
September 26, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comI had a scheduled 2pm leasing tour at The Ranch At First Creek, and I arrived promptly for the appointment. However, to my dismay, the leasing office was closed when I got there. This experience was incredibly unprofessional and left me extremely disappointed. As someone looking for a new place to call home, I expected a higher level of professionalism and reliability from a leasing office. The fact that they couldn't honor a scheduled appointment reflects poorly on their management and ...customer service. They don’t care about you
October 15, 2020 - Review from Apartments.comThese apartments are way to expensive for what you get. They look nice but it’s only a show. The windows don’t close properly, there’s always trash in the elevators or the grounds themselves, the snow removal of the grounds is placed in parking spots instead of non-parking areas and piled up next to parked cars, they constantly tow residents cars and worst of all the property management of this property seem to only hire incompetent people to run the office. Worst of all instead of not towing ...resident’s cars during a time when most people barely have money they choose to continue to tow cars. This property also does not have guest parking so if you have a guest over their car will be towed as well. The residents are charged to park on the premises but still get towed. Worst Apartment complex ever!!!
June 8, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comWe moved in 7 months ago. The day we moved in we had no heat, as we are moving in they had to bring in contractors to open up the ceiling in our living room, dining room, master bedroom and bathroom to repair pipes. We had a mess and no heat for 5 days in December. Since then we have had various charges for renters insurance added to our rent without prior knowledge that they were missing the documents that said that we did have renters insurance. That issue took 4 months and a call to the ...corporate office to get fixed. The is a non-smoking property and people smoke all of the time and leave the trash everywhere! This is also supposed to be a gated community, the gates have never worked. There has been numerous accounts of theft and stolen vehicles in just the six months. The pool has been shut down by the health department the majority of the time, in fact the pool has only been open a few days in the last year. What a joke!
