January 24, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comAlexa at the leasing office has been helping me throughout the entire signing process and even gave me the tour that made me apply for these apartments the same night. The complex is so beyond clean and well-kept for it being a majority of college students living there. Dog and Cat food was spilled on the back patio everywhere, couch was covered in dog hair. Alot of things were dirty, I have no way in cleaning my outdoor patio right now that has spiders and wssps nest but At least I can mop the tiles inside. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure I had everything I needed. The complex itself is well-maintained, with clean facilities and beautifully landscaped grounds that create a pleasant environment to come home to. My apartment was in excellent condition upon arrival, and any minor issues were quickly addressed by the maintenance team.
