Alexa at the leasing office has been helping me throughout the entire signing process and even gave me the tour that made me apply for these apartments the same night. The complex is so beyond clean and well-kept for it being a majority of college students living there. The closets are spacious which was super important when finding the right apartment, and there is so much storage in every room. I can't wait to move in.

I love it here! Its pricey but worth it! I enjoy all the ammentnies such as the business center and the pool and the gym. Its pretty clean for the most part when you move in. The rooms are tiny though!

Overall it has been a good experience and decent student apartments with very nice staff; however move in was not pretty. The apartment was filthy. Dog and Cat food was spilled on the back patio everywhere, couch was covered in dog hair. I quickly brought up these issues and was able to get services to help clean and make repairs.

So far good, Maintenace works fast, but the fact that a lot of maintenance is needed, takes away a star. Alot of things were dirty, I have no way in cleaning my outdoor patio right now that has spiders and wssps nest but At least I can mop the tiles inside. Gym should be open 24/7 in my opinion but closes early and opens late-ish. the pool is pretty though.

Moving into Dakota Ranch has been a smooth and enjoyable experience. The staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout the entire process, making sure I had everything I needed. The complex itself is well-maintained, with clean facilities and beautifully landscaped grounds that create a pleasant environment to come home to. My apartment was in excellent condition upon arrival, and any minor issues were quickly addressed by the maintenance team. The amenities, like the pool and ...
fitness center, are a great bonus, adding to the overall appeal of the place. The community feels friendly and safe, with neighbors who are respectful and courteous. Everything’s great so far. Furniture is nicer than expected. Lots of open space and table tops. Spacious bedrooms aswell. Bathrooms and walk in closets are great.
