Towing business

They use the towing as a business against tenant, they’ll tow your car without notice for the dumbest reason ever and manipulate you so you can pay, once they tow it you’ll pay at least 300 to get it out my car got towed multiple times. I got the apartment for me to save money but what good did it do me when all the money I saved was used to get my car from the tow company. I wish I had someone who told me this before I got my self into it maybe I wouldn’t have been in this shoe. Towing that is ...
supposed to be for security purpose they turned it into business to be making money off of tenants. Only get this apartment if you don’t mind your car being towed before you wake up in the morning and for soldiers it’s even worse for you cause you’ll go to training for weeks and before you get back your car was towed for the dumbest reason don’t think you’ll get any discount you’ll pay the cost for every day the car was stored and pay to pick it up again. I hope I’m able to people and they don’t be lost as me till I got it and found out how it is.

They seem nice and all at first but have a habit of getting rude. Maintenance doesn't actually fix anything, they just slap it together so it will hold temporarily until it breaks again and repeats the process. Their towing rules for the parking lot are horrid as they towed neighbirs car for a "flat tire" that was not flat as well as painted "reserved" behind my car which led to it being towed. Rent goes up every 6 months and is inconsistent between tenants. Upstairs neighbor had same size ...

Well after the city quiet time people blast music that shakes the walls and yell outside. In a year and a half, two occasions of gunshots in the complex as well as a break in. Awful location. Not safe for families with young children. Everything breaks and it only gets halfway repaired. Lots of damage when we moved in that they still have not repaired. Would not recommend living here to anyone.
