The water is off right now.

The water went off at about 11:30 PM and I don’t know why. We pay our water bills just to live here. Has the apartment paid the water bill to the city? Who knows?! It’s not because maintenance is working because they are not working right now. I even had my husband Driver on a complex to see if he saw the city of Garland around the complex for an emergency repair and that is No. What type of crap is this? I moved here August of this year. I have had problems ever since. Please listen to everyone ...

else with the reviews. The apartment looks decent on the inside, but there are so many problems that maintenance does not handle. The office does not answer the phone once you move in. Heed our warning and go somewhere else. I’m going to break my lease. They broke it first.

rats , flies , gnats you name it they have it . they leave people with out A/C in the texas summer but will surely take your money with no problem. maintenance doesn't do anything but walking in look around and walk right back out. they do NOT answer phones and the office staff is RUDE . quick to comment about give them a call to "fix" the issue and nothing gets done

Don't move there!!! The dogs were never on leashes and a lot of people didn't clean up their dog's poop. It was a poop minefield in the grass! It also smelled like weed very often. Water leaked from the ceiling on another occasion. Another time water also got all over my floor when it rained outside, which I had to clean up. Good luck trying to reach the front office too! They hardly ever pick up the phone to help you with any issue you may have but they have your check every month. I put in ...

an urgent work order for my heat being out and it took over 3 hours for someone to fix it in the middle of winter. A cat got stuck in the chimney of my fireplace because the workers forgot to patch on outside wall up. Also check your lease before you sign it! They will charge a lot for a fridge or oven not being less than perfect, and believe me they will! From my experience they are about their money first and customer service is a distant second. The customer service pretty much stops the second you sign your contract. Plus it's in a pretty bad area. It's not worth it! Save yourself the aggravation and money and go somewhere else! Life is too short, go somewhere else!

If I could rate a -10 I would I have lived here through 3 management companies and this is by far the worst!! Our water has been off since Friday!! We have not gotten any updates. There are elderly people that love over here alone!!! Maintenance is drastically laking!!! Communication sucks the office is never open when it’s suppose to be!! Out gym has been closed for 3 years!!! But rent keep going up!!! I am disgusted!!!

Notice any good reviews on here are from 2015, when the building was under completely different management. The apartments are okay. I have a renovated apartment, the window was falling out and they’re trying to charge me 400$ for a man to put glue on it. Every time it storms pieces of the bathtub fall out, I’m on the third floor and I had a huge ant problem. They were coming from the outlets. Maintenance will not do anything. They literally just close the request, they don’t come, they don’t ...

call, and they don’t make notes as to why. There’s 100% no communication. Try it yourself, call and see if someone answers. I would say on average I have to call back to back for 30 minutes before someone answers, sometimes longer. They charge me twice every month for trash and sewage. I’ve gone multiple times without water and they say they can’t do anything. The gym has been under renovation for at least a year now, the swimming pools were opened late and closed early. You have to get your own mailbox because the ones they provide don’t shut or lock properly, there’s constantly mail all over the floor.

Management is terrible. The apartment itself isn't bad. They are attempting to make these apartments nice, but it's just like putting lipstick on a pig. It's not working. My apartment doesn't even have a microwave in it. You have to beg them to come and fix your issues and them they may or may not come to fix them. Very unresponsive and charge you every fee they can think of and then add more fees when you least expect it. Do yourself a favor and find another location.

All they do is lie, about the rent, tell you what’s included in rent then bill you for and say they didn’t say that, you have to pay building fees, pest fees, trash fees, office fees, they send maintenance out to fix stuff three months later after service order put in then maintenance lies about fixing it. February finally it took them til June to fix it. Lease was up in July, I told them verbally I will not be renewing my lease in January. They said I would not get my deposit back cause I didn’t give ample notice. They are money grubbing, lying people, taking advantage of hardworking people. And doors are missing from entrance to apartment buildings. No security from elements of weather or criminals. Apartment upstairs over me was empty and kids were up there playing and jumping around in the empty apartment. Trying fix up complex outside look before they make tenants feel safe. Parking lot is tore up will not fix it and it will mess up your tires and all has to do with your driving ability in car. This picture you see on this site is not what it looks like at ALL. It’s false advertisement. If I were you I would NOT RENT HERE.

I’ve lived here since 2020 and had nothing but issues, and only stay due to the price. The office never answers the phone, they don’t care about the residents, don’t take care of issues inside the home. I’ve been contacting for WEEKS bc I have an ANT & SPIDER problem but can’t get anyone to talk to me. The only way my problems have gotten resolved is when I went through the inspection office. I've been living in this apartments for fours years and still do, The office people don't answer the phone only when they feel like it and when they do. Gross . I also see people putting trash by the door which causes bugs for the rest of the tenants in the building. I seen the tenants smoking Marijuana and Cigarettes and there apartment and the smell comes inside ours. We need better assistance. They don't deserve no stars at all.
