Constantly being bothered
May 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI don’t usually leave complaints, but this has become an ongoing issue. It feels like every month there are inspections, notices, or requests, yet the actual concerns in my apartment are not being addressed. Being notified of a full inspection with less than 24 hours’ notice is not reasonable. It disrupts my ability to feel comfortable and at peace in my own home. I would like more appropriate notice moving forward. I’m also confused about the purpose of these repeated inspections when ...maintenance issues remain unresolved. If my unit is being inspected regularly, I expect that necessary repairs would be completed in a timely manner. At this point, the constant communication, inspections, and lack of follow-through are becoming frustrating. I would appreciate fewer disruptions and more attention to actually resolving the concerns in my apartment. Please clarify the purpose of these inspections and provide an update on when outstanding issues will be fixed.Read More

The office people are great! They're so polite and helpful. They are currently updating the apartments as they become empty. My apartment has beautiful brand new cabinets and appliances. It's a great place to move!!!!

Maybe it’s because of the fact that 5-8 people live in a 1-2 bedroom apartment …smh. Roaches roaches roaches everywhere. It’s so sickening. And there’s nothing to do when your neighbors bring them. I’ve lived here a while and I am definitely apartment hunting. An extreme extermination needs to happen. And I’m not talking about come in and spray once I’m talking about a weekly type ...of thing until this problem is done for all apartments. I keep my house clean yet if I turn the light on randomly one night in the kitchen, I’ll see a few roaches scatter away.Read More

The lighting is so poor it feels like you are living in the dark. Maintenance is terrible and you should not expect real help without an attitude. Prices are way too high for conditions that feel like the hood. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else.

The roach problem is out of control, and it’s been that way for too long. Maintenance is unreliable, and many residents feel uncomfortable around the main maintenance guy. There’s barely any storage, and long-term residents get treated the worst like our loyalty doesn’t matter. Rent keeps going up, but basic issues stay ignored. The new electric locks? They don’t do anything that actually improves ...safety or comfort. On top of that, new management is strict and rude no compassion, no real communication, just attitude. They act like they’re doing us a favor by running a place we pay to live in. Fix the bugs. Fix the maintenance. Treat people better. Until then, I absolutely do not recommend living here.Read More
