Not Worth the Money

For the price you pay there are plenty of better options in the immediate surrounding areas.
The trash issue that is brought up multiple times in other reviews is a real thing, piles daily. The grounds itself are barely maintained and covered in pet waste. Egregious safety concerns with missing railings on 3rd floor breezeway balconies and fire alarm/sprinkler issues. (Currently under fire watch by order of Fire Marshall)
The interiors of the units themselves are in desperate need of attention, ...
cabinets deteriorating, floors lifting, window seals are disgusting, etc. An AC issue has kept our unit humidity above 80% steadily, and although their “smart thermostat” automatically generates work orders for maintenance when this happens, it has yet to be taken care of. Several pest control requests submitted by myself have yet to solve the roach issue either.
Leasing office staff is completely ignorant to anything that goes on within the community.
None of the money collected is put back into the community or the units for their upkeep. Trust me, there is MUCH better out there for the price!
My wife and I ended up needing to break our lease at about 6 months in to find a better living situation for our family. Take that statement for what it’s worth, if us and others are willing to pay to leave, it’s not a great place to live.
