June 26, 2023The apartments are gorgeous! Very nice area! The only issue I have is my upstairs neighbors have the biggest pit bull I have ever seen! It’s huge and that’s not the only dog they have it’s multiple and all I hear all day and night is dogs fighting, running all around and barking. But like I said that pit bull seems aggressive and my concern is that kids are out here playing and if that dog gets loose it’s not going to be good! The lease states no aggressive breeds but yet this pit bull is here ...and that’s the only issue I have. Besides that it’s a great place to live.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Great Place to call Home!
January 4, 2022I called The Reserve at Brookberry Farm HOME for 2 years. Very spacious 1 Bedroom with over 900 square feet, granite counter tops, great appliance package, friendly office and maintenance staff. Amenities included resort style pool, movie theater, gym, farmhouse and dog park. These apartments are a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for (Internet and cable included in rent). I always felt safe here, lots of parking, multiple trash dumpsters on site. Maintenance is great, AC went ...out in August and they had it fixed within a couple hours. Office staff has changed recently but everyone is super friendly and helpful. The only reason I moved was for a new job out of town.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

February 22, 2021Wonderful complex with super spacious and luxurious apartments. We recently moved in and I am already in love with our new home. Wendy and Claire were amazing to work with and answered all of my questions quickly. The area the community is in is super convenient to everything and the community itself is gorgeous. Great location and great maintenance staff
February 16, 2021The Reserve at Brookberry Farm is a nice place I live at while my home was being built. I only lived there for a few months but it's a great, convenient location. The grounds are beautiful and well kempt. The maintenance team is awesome! I had only 1 maintenance call my time there and it was of course on a weekend. Brandon was the maintenance person who arrived quickly and diagnosed my water problem efficiently. He was always very nice, as well as Brett also. They always would speak and wave ...when they would see me. I only wish the office staff was as friendly and helpful. They leave a bit to be desired in the office.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
