I lived here for about a year. It was my first time moving into an apartment complex and people in the office were quick to reply and update me. From signing to check-out, I had my questions answered really quickly and management was always super friendly.
Maintenance came quite quickly too. Any sort of plumbing or maintenance issue would be resolved within a week or management would reach out to keep me informed about when I might expect something done. Notices about community-wide maintenance
...were either posted in an email or on a notice on my door. Also, maintenance would leave notes updating me about what had been done.
The property is well-maintained and fairly quiet (with people outside the community adding a bit of noise, but nothing concerning).
At check-out, I had a lot of help asking questions about what was required of me and final charges. Shout out to Jonathan for the consistent updates and life check-ins throughout my time with the Reserve.
I would have stayed had not personal stuff interfered! Thanks everyone at the Reserve :)
