Maintenance crew and Office Rock!
September 19, 2025I didn't think it would be such a big deal to me to have great maintenance guys and office staff here upon moving in. Appartments aren't entirely known for having staff with the best attitude. But wow, the guys here are so kind and respectful. Very down to earth people, they make living here even better beyond all the other positive reasons. My interactions with Sigh, Tony, and Johnathan in the office are all great. Great management
May 2, 2025I lived here for about a year. It was my first time moving into an apartment complex and people in the office were quick to reply and update me. From signing to check-out, I had my questions answered really quickly and management was always super friendly. Maintenance came quite quickly too. Any sort of plumbing or maintenance issue would be resolved within a week or management would reach out to keep me informed about when I might expect something done. Notices about community-wide maintenance ...were either posted in an email or on a notice on my door. Also, maintenance would leave notes updating me about what had been done. The property is well-maintained and fairly quiet (with people outside the community adding a bit of noise, but nothing concerning). At check-out, I had a lot of help asking questions about what was required of me and final charges. Shout out to Jonathan for the consistent updates and life check-ins throughout my time with the Reserve. I would have stayed had not personal stuff interfered! Professionalism
May 2, 2025One reason why I enjoy living at Reserve @ Capital Center for the simple fact of the professionalism they provide all across the board. When it comes to maintenance I can always count on my needs being met the same exact day.
