November 16, 2023This complex is great! The office team is very communicable and we can always expect an answer when we have questions or concerns. The maintenance team responds to our requests within a day or two - so quick! The apartments are newly renovated, and great for the price of the rental. Definitely Improving
November 15, 2023I've lived here for 3 years now and will probably be renewing for a 4th. I will be honest and say that the previous management company was aweful, but since the new company has taken over there have been a lot of improvements. The management team takes requests seriously and promptly. Any issues I submit work orders for are addressed the next day.Property Manager Responded

DONT DO IT !!!!
July 30, 2021Mold,water, and health issues . You will regret ever signing a lease bc once you do, even if you’re living in an unhealthy, unsanitary conditions, you will never hear from anyone. They say they will then you never hear another word from them until lease time is up . Save yourselves from this nasty place, I wish I would have.
