Enjoyed Living Here, But Sad I had to Leave

I lived here for almost 12 years, and I loved the staff and my apartment. I'm sad that I had to move because of job loss. My apartment was nice and large. The location was convenient to I-85, and the shopping was excellent. You're 5 miles from Northlake Mall, 7 miles from Perimeter Mall, and you have over 20 places to purchase food within a 5-mile radius. Every property has its problems. However, I recommend this complex.

If there was a zero star rating i’ll give it that. Ive been here renting for a minute and i always have something going on with the apartment. The stove stops working and management does not want to change the stove . The ac always breaking and keep in mind i have a 3year old .. she be waking up dripping of sweat. The roaches I literally have to start taking my child to therapy because of how traumatized she is of roaches . Last night she woke up screaming there was 2 roaches on her bed . The ...
kitchen Once you turn the lights on its pitch black of roaches and in the restroom. And they are raising my rent when im not even happy with the place . They expect me to pay more than what im paying but CANT even do there job on fixing the problems of the apartment im currently staying in . They dont want to cancel my lease says i got to pay And to be transferred to a different apartment they are charging me soo much its def UNBELIEVABLE. Dont know what else to do.

Dont rent here unless youre ready to deal with drug users and dealers. If they smoke marijuana inside the apartment you will deal with the smoke inside your apartment, thats how connected the vents pipes are!
