Unprofessional Management
April 21, 2023The apartment itself and the community is great. It is a very family friendly place and for that I love where we live but... Management is extremely unprofessional in their dealings with current residents. They have very poor communication skills whenever you try to discuss matters such as maintenance request. They have yelled and hung up on me over a miss communication on their end. They taped a letter on all residents doors that was not proof read and was very passive aggressive. They will take ...what you say and do and turn it into something much more extreme, making you the one in the wrong when you are not. Several neighbors I have will not deal with the office because of their "attitude". There is no on call maintenance phone to get ahold of someone fast. Instead you have to call and leave a voice-mail and cross your fingers that someone listens to it. They say that they are fully staffed but if you need anything from them they are all of a sudden short handed. They will leave the office "closed" even during their open hours so they do not have to deal with residents.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Horrible do not move here!!!?
May 31, 2021These apartments are horrible!! They are not family friendly. They always put these white notes on your door for any little thing! My apartment and many others that I knew that lived there had mice. I called and made several complaints and all they would ever do when they would finally came is put these white sticky pads that didn’t work. They constantly go up on your rent. The do not take care of the grass it’s brown, patchy and tall. It’s a horrible place to live!!!Review from Apartments.com
