February 12, 2022Absolutely disgusted with how the management is here. We’ve put in a work order 2 months ago following up with them twice a week and they still have not fixed the problem. The dishwasher caught on fire while I was home luckily because there are no smoke detectors here. They will not return your call and refuses to give you a contact information for corporate to file a formal complaint. It is excuse after excuse for why they are not doing their job. The maintenance team is the laziest and most ...incompetent group I have ever met, the microwave vent fell off, his solution was to tape it back on. My advice spend the extra penny and not live here. Ps the entire complex and surrounding area constantly smells like sewage, haven’t been a day it hasn’t yet.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 7, 2020The management and maintenance staff will bend over backwards to make sure your apartment is in brand new condition when you move in, and to keep everything up and running while you live here. It is located at the main intersection of I-37 and Loop 1604, so you have easy access to go in any direction to get to work, or get to the coast on a Friday afternoon. Very friendly people; they seem truly happy to meet you, and will know who you are and treat you like family.Review from Apartments.com
