Nice place to live but DO NOT rent a unit with RDG Development Group!!! . The office is located at 660 Tamiami Trail N #3. If you talk to George you better run.
Once you pay $250 application fee and they tell you that you were approved , then be ready for another 2 fees they never mentioned before!!!!!. $250 Exit cleaning fee!!! $150 Administrative Fee!!! (just to “ process papers “ once you move out” ). Really?
And be ready for not seeing your Security Deposit back!!!! .They took my $1095 ...
Security deposit. No matter how in good conditions you left your unit. They will always find an excuse. When I left my apt was well painted and they charged me $695 for “ full paint “!!! . $695!!!. I sent a demand letter with pictures, videos, emails and they never answered back.
I will NEVER recommend this real estate agency to anybody!!. BE AWARE!!!

The Reserves at Naples, has many amenities, resort-style heated swimming pool, workout room, racquetball court, playground, lighted tennis court, Spa, Gated entry way.
The grounds are meticulously manicured. They take such pride in their community.
If there's ever a problem, either the Manager or grounds security take care of it within 24 hrs.
It is a safe place to live. It ...
is quiet and Pet friendly with dog bags & cans to remove dog waste.
It is close to main roads, I75, gas stations, restaurants, 10 mins to the Gulf beaches, Mall, 3 to 5 mins to almost any kind of store you can think of.
