Do not and I repeat do not rent or buy here. There are no amenities. The washers and driers are never available or work. The pool is overgrown with weeds, tiles falling off never swept and I don't think a pool professional ever comes to check the chemicals or clean it out. The breeze ways are full of cat urine poop and vomit which is left up to who finds it first. Also the verbal abuse from other tenants is unbearable unless you are with the drug crowd you don't fit in. It is also supposed to be ...
a secure gated community but the gate has never worked since I moved in.
