Noise insulation
June 30, 2025If you want a very unpleasant living environment, this is the place to be. The only problem is noise. Because the building is made of materials that do not provide noise insulation, you will hear everything, there is vibration and the feeling that the walls are shaking. I am tired of being a hostage to the situation, as I live on the second floor and hear constant noise from the neighbors above and complaints from the neighbors below. And if you are unlucky with your neighbors, your life here ...will become unbearable. In this case, the administration is powerless and will just send letters with violations and inaction.Property Manager Responded

Excited to move in
August 19, 2023My family cannot wait to live at Reserve of Sugarcreek. My kids are very excited for the pool and playground. The whole team was very helpful during the application process. June 9, 2023I absolutely loved The Reserve of Sugarcreek! They have so many different options to meet everyone's needs. Grace helped me out in my apartments search and she was fantastic. I have never met a more welcoming and friendly group of people than the leasing staff at The Reserve of Sugarcreek! Great new property
May 6, 2023I visited the Reserve of Sugarcreek and was very impressed by the quality of the apartments and the spacious floor plans. The amenities are great and I’m excited for the pool and the fitness center. There is also a station to wash your dog, which I thought was a nice touch.
