Rent goes way up with no real improvement to the the property or apartments, mine went up $120 this year alone. Require you to pay an additional rougthly $163 in fees on top of rent price such as internet $90, trash $15, policy waiver fee $10, Electric charge $2.81 (assume for the property lights and office power), Pest charge $5, Utility Admin/Billing Fee $7, Water $11.41, Wastewater Base $5 and last Wastewater $16.7. None of those is optional, including the internet. Deceptive in the ...
extreme to not include most of that in the rent price. People let their dogs pee in the hallways as well in my building and has been happening for literally years. Elevator is super slow. Online payment also adds an additional fee.

My family and I have lived at The Residences at Breckenridge for 4 years now. We have been through a few different managers, but all have been great. Maintenance has always completed our requests quickly. You are also able to pay online and even put in maintenance tickets online. The only reason we’re moving is because we have built a new home. Or we would be signing a renewal. My family and I highly recommend The Residences at Breckenridge.
With any apartment complex nothing will ever be ...
perfect. The managers have helped with any complaints we’ve had or even a few noise complaints we received when we first moved in. Our dog wasn’t used to apartment living, so they gave us a few tips to help our dog relax and not bark the whole time we were gone. It’s nice knowing they take all complaints seriously and try to help remedy the situation.
In conclusion, Breckenridge has been a wonderful place to call home. An extra plus is our neighbors were also pretty great!

I have lived here for 5 years, at first things were good but they gradually worsened. The maintenance guys won't do their jobs properly and the turnover rate in the last year has been ridiculous! My husband and I have never had a single complaint against us and our daughter has always been respectful to our neighbors and staff. They keep raising our rent we now pay $291 more than when we first moved in with absolutely no changes to our place. We still have the original appliances, carpet, paint ...
and linoleum. We went all summer last year with no pool because it was cracked and they didn't finally get it fixed until November! We went several months in a dark complex because the lamp posts weren't working and many of the controlled entrance doors are broken. The dog waste cans are quite often over flowing and out of bags. Our fridge is now acting up I have called maintenance 3 times and they refuse to give us a new one. They come in tinker with it for a couple minutes tell me it's fine and leave. Last I checked the stuff in your fridge isn't supposed to freeze and it's also not supposed to drip and make weird noises. I would give a negative star if it was possible! Now let see the auto response of the property manager.

We have lived here for going on 3 years now and everything was great when Linda was I'm charge. Great customer service and always had her tenants in mind. Now that new managment has taken over there have been NOTHING but problems. our power has gone put 3 times in the past 2 weeks when it has been 30 degrees out. When a maintinance issue comes up 2 weeks go by and they finally knock on the door. We had an issue a couple months back that we were told would be fine and taken care of but now this ...
same issue has cost us more money and time than ever should have. Would not live here again and will be leaving once this lease is up.

I would give a zero star if I could. Terrible customer service. Was completely dishonest about prices and fees. They had every opportunity to be upfront. Incredibly rude and a waste of time.

I just moved my aging mother from Breckenridge after she lived here 8 years. The management are superb, Linda and Stefanie were excellent in taking care of the office details and even thought Stefanie moved to a new location, Marlena has been a wonderful replacement. They are efficient, pleasant and always willing to assist in whatever way they can to make living here a pleasure. The maintenance men, Jason and Paul, are very prompt in fixing request, courteous and personable. Mom missed one ...
other maintenance man, Mac, who went with Stefanie at the place she now manages, but these two are great at their jobs. It is a security building and you seldom hear the neighbors. This complex is built so well compared to some I have seen and been in. The gals obviously do a wonderful job researching the tenants because everyone seems to be very nice when you do meet them outside near the pool or walking their dogs - a good family place or for singles. The rent is reasonable compared to several places in the area. It is convenient to walk to so many restaurants and stores and very close to the freeway. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a good quality apartment with caring personnel!

The apartments are good size the bedrooms are large and the walk-in closet is huge appliances are not updated but they're in good shape
The rental office service is really good people are friendly and available
The workout space is small and the swimming pool as well
The neighborhood is safe walking distance from a lot of restaurants Walmart ,Sam's Club , Kroger, Mijier, giant eagle
