Rent goes way up with no real improvement to the the property or apartments, mine went up $120 this year alone. Require you to pay an additional rougthly $163 in fees on top of rent price such as internet $90, trash $15, policy waiver fee $10, Electric charge $2.81 (assume for the property lights and office power), Pest charge $5, Utility Admin/Billing Fee $7, Water $11.41, Wastewater Base $5 and last Wastewater $16.7. extreme to not include most of that in the rent price. People let their dogs pee in the hallways as well in my building and has been happening for literally years. Elevator is super slow. Online payment also adds an additional fee.
