I lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Apartment was updated and in great condition. Management was very easy to work with, although I did not need to often as I never had any issues. I felt safe living here and parking my car here.

The Residences at 279 North offers comfort, convenience, and top-tier amenities for a truly stress-free lifestyle. All utilities are included—gas, water, electricity, heat, trash removal, sewer, cable, and air conditioning—plus high-speed internet and Wi-Fi.
One of the best features is each unit gets to enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer for personal use, no need to leave your apartment and drag your belonging up and down to the community laundromat.
There also are community perks that include ...
controlled access, key fob entry, an elevator, extra storage, and wheelchair-accessible rooms.
I personally dis not participate in this community feature. However, they offer a small fitness center that is great for a quick simple workout. You can also unwind in the resident lounge and courtyard (that has a nice firepit and chairs!), and take advantage of on-site maintenance, a property manager, dry-cleaning services, and recycling.
As a pet owners we loved the dedicated pet play area, with multiple dog waste bag and can stations on the property to clean up after your dog. Speakijg of the outside property, there also is a security system and controlled access ensure peace of mind. Ypu can access this through your phone. It allows you to give temporary keys to friends and family, as well as sends you video calls when they arrive. The property also has a great security system in place through the entire building inside and in the parking garage for top security and safety.
To conclude, with everything from modern amenities to everyday conveniences, this community has it all. Highly recommended, and I truly wish we could have lived there forever!
