No amenities, terrible management
February 12, 2024Today management announced that they are only allowing us to use the gym (previously available 24hrs a day) from 9am to 5pm so effectively every resident working full time has lost access to an amenity we pay for. This is deeply unfair and misguided. Not to mention the pool hasn’t been drained or even covered it’s just filthy water sitting out in the open. Maintenance requests are taking weeks to be fulfilled. And management isn’t responding to anyone’s concerns.Property Manager Responded

Living here is getting bad
December 8, 2021I've been here awhile and if you're thinking of moving here I wouldn't,I have had a water leak for over a week before getting someone to look at it.My dog hurt it's paw at the rocky dog park,cobwebs under the stairwells,dog waste in bags piling up on ground because dog waste containers are full,and rats living around the dumpsters.Also don't feel safe ,there should be security at night.Property Manager Responded

December 7, 2021I've been living here for quite awhile and for what it's worth it's getting worse.The maintenance on these units goes for days without even looking to fix issues,ceiling leaking water for over a week,dog park is just a fenced in mud and rock yard.Bags of dog waste lying in bags on ground because dog waste containers are not emptied on a regular basis.I can't complaint to management be cause they hardly answer the phone.I have a rude neighbor that lives below me that plays loud music all hours of ...the night.It's been getting pretty dingy here between the cob webs along the stairwells and the rats now living around the dumpsters.And as far as feeling safe we could use some security at night.Property Manager Responded

I love these apartments!
November 11, 2020I have lived at Belmont for over a year now and I'm still very happy living here. It's in a great location close to stores in Central Park and downtown. I feel safe living here since the police station is right next door and my job in only a few minutes down the road as well. I've only had one minor issue living here, which the maintenance team was very quick to respond to. I highly recommend these apartments.Property Manager Responded
