new company took over and they are remodeling but there is no communication when work is being done. You come out of your apartment to find nails all over the hallway or the a community area closed down with no notice. Their lease nickels and dimes you. They automatically sign you up for a program and charge you and you have to call to cancel. it should be the other way around. they also have a fine if you open your window during winter or if you don't recycle. i hope when they are done ...
remodeling the hallways and community areas it looks nice but i have a feeling they are going to make us pay for it.
