Whenever an issue arises, dealing with the leasing office is a frustrating experience. The staff seems inexperienced and incompetent, making it incredibly difficult to get anything fixed. Additionally, despite superficial renovations, the building itself is very old and prone to constant problems. Expect to frequently deal with water leaks, heating failures, and unexpected pool closures.
