MAINTENANCE is SPECTACULAR!!
January 23, 2025I cannot express enough how grateful we are for the Maintenance Staff at Auburn Hills. You hear horror stories of other Apartment complexes in Topeka regarding Maintenance issues and Property Management, that is far from the case here. We have had very few issues in the 3ish years we have lived here but, the times we have, Maintenance is on top of it. Their response time, their friendliness and how much they care is truly unmatched. We continue to be residents at Auburn Hills because of their ...staff and their care for their properties. I highly recommend moving in if you are looking to find somewhere safe and well taken care of!Property Manager Responded
