January 9, 2026The property is well maintained and our apartment is great. I love that when a maintenance request is put in, it is resolved quickly. The only change that I have seen is that the past two months, I pay the rent and then get a past due balance alert due to something was not included. This makes it kind of hard for someone on a budget and I budget how much I will pay on other bills based off my total rent due.
