The complex is still nice, not as quiet as it used to be, but not bad. The pool seems a little dirtier than it used too and rules aren’t followed. We can no longer reserve the main house, so can’t plan a get together with family or friends.
I would recommend The Retreat, the office staff have always been helpful and courteous

I recently moved in and my upstairs neighbors are very rowdy during late night hours. I have a toddler and all the noise is causing him to wake up. I would enjoy the community better if there wasn’t so much noise in the middle of the night.

Overall, it’s been a good experience. I appreciate the fast response to maintenance issues. One thing I dislike is the lack of parking spaces. The paint on the balcony railing has been chipping for years.
