The location is one of the biggest perks — close to downtown Raleigh, shopping, and major highways, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The lake and walking trails nearby make it easy to get outdoors and enjoy nature. My apartment itself is spacious with modern finishes, and I really appreciate the open floor plan and large windows that bring in natural light. Maintenance requests have been handled in a reasonable time, and ...the staff is friendly when I stop by the office. Parking is generally easy to find, which is a plus. Like anywhere, there are occasional hiccups, but I’ve found this community to be safe, convenient, and comfortable.
