More concerned with appearance than actual functionality

I have had numerous issues with my AC unit over the past couple years and no matter what they do to temporarily fix the issue, they will never come up with a permanent solution for the unit. We have had to submit numerous tickets to fix our ac units since being here. We are not the only residents to have this issue. In addition to that, the likely hood that having a sprinkler line bust and leak water into your apartment during the winter is very possible. Once again, we are not the only only ...
ones who have experienced this. They do a good job of making this place seem and look like a nice a quality place to stay, but appearances are not everything. There are far better options available right down the road. I would like to notate that the maintenance team has always been friendly and quick to respond to our issues, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this place. As soon as our lease is up, we will be leaving. I have heard and read that the management team can make that process difficult by numerous former residents, as well, so we're not exactly looking forward to that once we get to that point, but will be happy to be moving on.
