Very bad maintenance
January 27, 2026Please! Be cautious to choose this community. The maintenance of this community is the worst team I have ever met. I have been living in here for almost three years. I will list three major things I have experienced to let you know how bad they are. First, the carpet of the bedroom was full of fleas when I just move in 2023. And they tried to blame my indoor cat for bringing the fleas over. They didn't even clean the carpet before new tenant move in. I knew that because I deep-cleaned the carpet ...myself and found tons of dog hair. You know, you cannot get brown hair from a silver-shaded cat. Instaed of clean the carpet,they just used tons of fragrance to cover the smell of the smell of pets that live in this room. Second, My security system got reset because of once electricity outrage and it started to beeping. So, I reported to the leasing office the lady helped me to create a work oder to repair it. And the system just kept beeping for a month. I googled the solution to fix it myself. Third, heavy snow hit Greensboro during weekends. I attached the picture of the driveway on Tuesday. The road condition got more icy than Monday. I asked to help to clean up the ice and snow on Monday. And they refused and told me I don't need to worry about it because the maintenance team were paid to get this handled. But apparently, they didn't do well on that. Again, be cautious if you plan to find a new community to live.Property Manager Responded

Not Worth It
September 16, 2022So glad we are finally moved out! When we first moved in a year and a half ago the apartments & staff were great, but the building was bought by another company. The new company & management are horrible! Rent being raised over 40%, rude staff, the grounds aren’t kept up, & so much more. There has also been numerous car break ins, people driving around the parking lot like it’s a racetrack in the middle of the night, & lots of partying & screaming all hours of the night. If you are going to be ...paying so much for rent you can definitely find better.Property Manager Responded

Can't get out soon enough
August 19, 2022Ever since the new management has taken over, it’s clear no one cares about this property. The grounds are horribly kept, trash everywhere, weeds overgrown. I’ve emailed management on many occasions for different issues and have never heard back. My breezeway is full of trash and people’s belongings and they refuse to do anything about it. The pool is CONSTANTLY closed and stays disgusting during the few moments it’s actually open for use. Not only that, people trespass at the pool after hours ...and blast music that goes directly into my apartment. If I’m lucky enough to get a call back from the office, I’m told there’s nothing they can do about it. I’m sick and tired of living here and I’m counting down the days until I can move out. Not worth it
May 26, 2022Really disappointed since new management has taken over. They now charge you to print in the business center when it’s always been free. They don’t address problems such as parking spaces being blocked by people working out in the parking lot, loud music being blared, and so much more. Don’t do it.
March 28, 2022It’s unfortunate because this place is new & pretty. But unless you smoke weed, I wouldn’t recommend. Brand new buildings, but they’re being ruined by countless tenants smoking with zero repercussions. I don’t know how they’ll get tenants after the first round of leases are up. Don’t know how they’ll get the smell out. The residents of the complex actually call one of the buildings, 2902, the weed building. It reeks. It’s a shame.
