I've stayed at this property for almost 3 years, I love all of the people who works in the office, including the maintenance guy! They are always on top of things when you put in a maintenance request. I also love the location!

I applied to this property, and after 3 weeks of constant calling, getting the run arounds, and dealing with this UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.... I was denied! My credit score is very decent, and my background is clean. I know for a known fact I make way more then the minimum requirement. They just want your application and background fee, DONT EVEN BOTHER!!

I have been in my Apartment home for almost 4 years and I absolutely love it. In the 3 years,9 months that I have lived here, I have encountered not 1 issue. Any maintenance issue has always been addressed immediately. My move-in process was like any other, my fees were paid, Lease Agreement signed and I recvd. keys. This is a great place to live and the fact that you are assigned 2 parking spaces,is just a bonus!!!...

Rented an apartment on bottom floor, you can hear upstairs cellphone vibrate on night stand, so imagine what a footstep sounds like. Building is old. When neighbor flushes you can hear the water come down the pipes. So far I’ve caught two mice, and If you hate bugs, forget it. Roaches on my face in bed at night. Poor sealing of windows and floors. You can’t stop them from coming in when it warms up. Live somewhere else. Even the worst reviewed apartment in Maumelle has less issues.

I was interested in leasing with this company. Submitted my $35 background fee and reced a email saying I'd been denied due to a debt from 2012, that was PAID OFF . And is now in good standing. When i contacted the landlord i was told my credit report showed it as "a bad debt" that is wasn't paid by me. FALSE. I checked and it CLEARLY states "PAID COLLECTION" Then he proceeded to tell me to submit the additional app and RECEIPT to the debt i paid from 2012, and he can maybe get me approved. Did ...
that. My credit score is good. And i make 4x the rent. Had to email them only to be told, they can't accept my application at this time. Waste of time & money.
