Horrible management
December 11, 2020The rheingold is the epitome of a mirage. They claim to offer luxurious service yet their management are shoddy, unresponsive, and clearly define their own insignificant rules. They claim to offer a "music studio", saying they have professional services yet they only offer the studio hours up until 930 pm (ridiculous hours for any creative!), do not take care of their equipment and you have to play phone tag just to get an adjustment in temperature. The other amenities such as the photo studio ...are unmaintained, have cheap equipment, and yet again you have to go searching for a response via phone tag to make real time adjustments. Not to mention the gym equipment sucks and is poorly maintained (broken equipment took months to get repaired). The mail room, (not the fault of the employees) is poorly organized and don't expect to get an urgent package throughout the day, you will likely run into the issue of being notified about receiving a package only to leave your apartment for no good reason. Me and my girlfriend moved here to match our entrepreneural lifestyle however this building is not suitable for bringing clients and running a business, be very prepared for the long list of frustrations we deal with on a daily basis. You would be better finding your amenities through another service and moving into a less expensive apartment.
