July 28, 2025while i love the charm and historic relevance of this apartment. the garage is genuinely awful. not to mention the pool is gross and we should definitely have some kind of regular pool outside. aside from that, if you’re going to make everyone get the same wifi, you should make sure it doesn’t buffer and act up.Property Manager Responded

March 20, 2025The amenities, such as the pool and gym, are convenient. However, there have been some gym-goers who do not properly clean up after themselves, which can be a bit frustrating at times. The staff has been friendly and responsive to any concerns I’ve had, which is a big plus. January 15, 2025The unit is PERFECT. Exposed Brick, hardwood floors, high ceilings, updated kitchen and bathroom amenities, beautiful view of downtown skyline, and right above so many fun restaurants and bars! The apartment however leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I have had a car and bike stolen out of the parking garage. The elevators are basically always broken, and they haven’t fixed a reoccurring leak in my ceiling for the past year.Property Manager Responded
