    Just moved in a week ago. needed some maintenance work done went online to request an order and the maintenance workers came the next morning to fix the job now everything is good and I love my new place! Thanks, staff members

  • Pricey for lots of restrictions

    April 5, 2023
    The neighborhood is alright, however there are a lot of restrictions here such as smoking rules and maintenance requests costing exponentially more than it would for you to fix the issue yourself. If there are two people with two cars you basically need to purchase a carport to be able to park your car at the complex due to visitor spots being far few and in between.

  • I love it here

    I don’t have many complaints, this is my first apartment to myself. Besides the crackhead activity at 4am from my neighbor it’s pretty nice, the office people were HUGE help with my move in date, I was in a pickle with moving and they help me in every way! Walls are a little thin, I can definitely hear the upstairs kids doing wwe.. but overall 10/10.. will be renewing my lease when the time comes. Happy to call this home. For now

  • Not bad for Federal Way

    The Ridge and The Shores are two neighboring apartment complexes with shared management. I have lived in the Shores for a little over a year. The location is convenient, and seems quieter than most parts of Federal Way. The apartments are good size, and usually there is plenty of extra parking. The buildings are really starting to show their age, and feel a little run down. Overall they are a little pricier than they should be, but not bad.
