The best in Little Rock
April 21, 2024Just moved in recently, we love the mountain views from our patio, very peaceful, the updates are beautiful, amenities are great. Very friendly leasing office staff, maintenance and neighbors. The complex is kept up beautifully and landscaping also. The Ridge property is kept clean and tidy at all times - regular lawn care, mulch, flowers, etc. and the pool and communal grill are clean and easily accessible. November 6, 2023This is an over all experience I love living here and residence that I have meet are nice. The ground staff is very friendly and works hard at keeping grounds nice . Maintenance staff are helpful and are good at responding to any issues you may have. The office people are not as friendly but do try to help you ,it is like they are stressed .Property Manager Responded
