July 31, 2025Highly Recommended It is only been a day since moving in. But they made sure my move-in was smooth. They gave clear and concise information and instructions. It’s giving luxury vibes here. lol Aside from that, you can tell that the staff really love their job and cares for your comfort while living in the unit. Credit to Margaret for being so patient with my indecisiveness. But her and Kim were also one of the deciding factor why I moved here. You can see that they respect and cares for their ...residents. July 31, 2025The units are new, including appliances and fixtures, since it is a newly constructed apartment property. The move-in process was easy and smooth. It took me awhile to decide which unit to rent, but the Staff - Margaret and Kim- were very patient and helpful. I think I asked for a tour 3x! Crazy at it may sound, Margaret and Kim contributed a lot with my decision to rent at The Ridge. They don’t mind walking you around to show the units in sweltering heat. Beautiful Property
November 14, 2024The team at The Ridge at North Pointe was incredibly helpful. I walked in for a tour, and was met by the friendliest crew. Love my apartment and the staff really care!
October 7, 2024Two months ago I came to Charlottesville, VA from Albany NY. I was not familiar with this area nor the apartment prices. After looking at a few apts. elsewhere, I decided to move to The Ridge at North Pointe because of beautiful apartment selection they have. My apartment is very spacious, clean and has excellent appliances (NEW). They area is very nice with mountains all around, plus tons of stores all within a couple of miles. The staff here were incredible. They really went out of their way to ...make me feel very at ease along with helping to make the best choices not only for my apt., but also where to shop for food, clothes, utilities etc. I give them a *****5 star rating all around***** - Thank you to all the staff for making living easy and conformable.Property Manager Responded
