      Amazing management and quiet neighborhood We're really enjoying our first year, staff is always available and happy to help. Maintenance is always taken care off so everything is looking neat. Don't even need to mention the cool events happening all the time. Thanks for being such a great management team! I wish there was more enforcement on smoking, I've seen a couple communications but I keep seeing people trying to bypass it.

      Two months ago I came to Charlottesville, VA from Albany NY. I was not familiar with this area nor the apartment prices. After looking at a few apts. elsewhere, I decided to move to The Ridge at North Pointe because of beautiful apartment selection they have.       make me feel very at ease along with helping to make the best choices not only for my apt., but also where to shop for food, clothes, utilities etc. I give them a *****5 star rating all around***** - Thank you to all the staff for making living easy and conformable.
