They don’t cut their grass!

They don’t take care of anything! A month or more usually passes by before they will cut the grass again. It’s higher then my ankles and i can’t even walk my dog without getting bit. By ants, spiders, and I’ve even seen a snake! I shouldn’t have to be afraid to walk my dog. And we have the worst wasp problem on our balcony and they won’t do anything about it even after asking, again i shouldn’t feel afraid to go out of my balcony, we’ve been stung before! This is a very very slack apartment ...

Thankfully it should all be resolved soon, we appreciate your patience. In regards to wasps on your balcony, please stop by the office so we can know which balcony to have sprayed by our regular pest control provider. Living here has been the worst experience I’ve ever had living in apartments. I’ve been here for 3 months and my microwave and air conditioning have already broken. I called in a maintenance order and it took them a month to show up and “fix” the microwave, AND IT WASNT EVEN FIXED. My apartment went a week being 80 degrees. I don’t know if they just don’t know how to fix anything or what but this is the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had and wouldn’t recommend living here to ANYONE. ...
