AWFUL PROPERTY DONT DO IT
October 13, 2021We went to apply for an apartment thinking it would be as advertised (it most definitely was not!) not only was the property not as listed, management sucks. Brandi, the property manager, set two appointments for us on different days and didn’t show up to A SINGLE APPOINTMENT. Our show unit had marker drawn all over the doors, reeked of cat urine and they let tenants smoke IN THE UNITS!! Steer clear.Review from Apartments.com

July 24, 2015I love where I live! In my opinion it is the safest in saint Joseph. I have been taking care of myself for awhile now because my mother couldn't. I had to move in with my aunt and uncle during the time I was in high school and still had no financial help. Now that I am 21 I can't afford to go to school and an apartment since I had no where else to go. So I choose to find a job and live with a girl I barely knew. Even though I am a manager it is still so hard to take care of myself financially.Review from Apartments.com
