October 31, 2025Used to be good, but change management companies too frequently. Office staff not the best at communicating. Seems like the Riley is money hungry. They charge fees for whatever they can. They added parking stickers for no reason & require our guest to walk very far if it after hours or risk getting towed. June 2, 2025Average apartments in a good location in Raleigh, really bad wait times for maintenance 4 weeks so far here have been without AC. There are many pitbulls dogs here despite them claiming they are not allowed at the Riley. It constantly smells like marijuana outside so I couldn’t open my windows or balcony door to get fresh air when my AC stopped working. Garbage. Absolute garbage.
January 13, 2025If you like living with hundreds of roaches infesting every room in your apartment because the management ignored you for months and they don’t communicate properly with their third party pest control; then you’ve found paradise! Trash is always piled up outside the dumpster since we only have 1 small trash compactor for our entire complex. If you’ve always wanted to live in a landfill, then you MUST tour the property today!Property Manager Responded
