June 2, 2025Average apartments in a good location in Raleigh, really bad wait times for maintenance 4 weeks so far here have been without AC. There are many pitbulls dogs here despite them claiming they are not allowed at the Riley. It constantly smells like marijuana outside so I couldn’t open my windows or balcony door to get fresh air when my AC stopped working. My sleep was ruined and had a lot of headaches because of no ACProperty Manager Responded

Garbage. Absolute garbage.
January 13, 2025If you like living with hundreds of roaches infesting every room in your apartment because the management ignored you for months and they don’t communicate properly with their third party pest control; then you’ve found paradise! Trash is always piled up outside the dumpster since we only have 1 small trash compactor for our entire complex.
